Indeed, you are qualified to apply for CS Foundation program in the wake of passing B.Com last year , as least capability required is Graduation. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will lead CS Foundation assessment for June 2022 meeting on June 15, 2022 and June 16, 2022. ICSI will lead the test for CS Foundation program in Computer Based Examination (CBE) mode through remote delegating. Applicants who are as of now enlisted under the CS Foundation course can show up in the test till the legitimacy of their enrollment period. From December 2021 onwards, ICSI is directing CS Foundation tests just in remote administered mode. The test structures for the impending meeting will be accessible soon.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for CS Foundation programme after passing B.Com final year , as minimum qualification required is Graduation.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will conduct CS Foundation examination for June 2022 session on June 15, 2022 and June 16, 2022. ICSI will conduct the exam for CS Foundation programme in Computer Based Examination (CBE) mode through remote proctoring. Candidates who are already registered under the CS Foundation course can appear in the exam till the validity of their registration period. From December 2021 onwards, ICSI is conducting CS Foundation exams only in remote proctored mode. The exam forms for the upcoming session will be available soon.
