But talking in general if you want to go for Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology you should have a minimum score of 65% in class 12.
If you want to pursue Diploma after class 10, then you need a minimum score of 80% in science.

But again the cutoff percentage varies from college to college. So check the eligibility criteria of the college you want to take admission into.

You can even take admission to various degree colleges as a lateral entry student after completing your Diploma.
