The cutoff score  for UG course in HIMSR is:-

1. for general category :- 701
2. for OBC/ST/SC:- 200

for general category, if one score above 550 or more it is easy to get an admission into MBBS course. Competition is high for which rank may get high as per the score you secure.

So practice properly and give high effort and time and understand the concepts,basics and solve the numericals also with complete understanding. If you don't understand properly, you will get confused later and you will get an wrong answer for which you will get negative marks deduction from the correct answer score.
