Hello,
For a BC-D female candidate, the NEET cutoff for BHMS tends to be lower than the general category because of reservation benefits. In recent years, the qualifying percentile for NEET has been 40% for reserved categories, which usually translates to around 120–140 marks depending on the difficulty level of the exam. However, admission cutoffs for BHMS vary significantly from state to state and also depend on the popularity of the college. In states where BHMS seats are in higher demand, the cutoff can be a little higher, even for BC-D candidates. If you’re aiming for a government BHMS college, scoring well above the qualifying marks—ideally around 150–180—will give you a better chance. You should also participate in both state-level AYUSH counselling and the central AYUSH counselling, as both can open doors to different colleges. If government seats are not available, private colleges and deemed universities can also be considered, though fees may be higher.
