It's hard to predict marks because now AIIMS have stopped publishing marks alongside percentile. What can be said is percentile. 96.5+ percentile can be taken as a safe score. The marks vary to a great extend hence it would be wrong to comment. But based on my personal experience, a marks between 110-115 is cutoff.
