If you meant AIIMS, you haven't mentioned your Category. But AIIMS will be conducting its admissions to all its branches through All India Counselling. And AIIMS always has had ut off percentiles more than 95. But AIIMS conducted its exam for 200 marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So to convert percentiles to marks, it is a tad difficult. But given the fact that there are only 1500 seats for AIIMS and almost 15.97 lakh Candidates registered for NEET, even of 7 lakh Candidates qualify, the cut offs are going to be exhorbitant. So you will need more than 650 if you belong to General Category and 600 if you belong to Reserved Categories.
