Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that according to rules for utilizing hindi linguistic minority your mother tongue should be Hindi and you should have passed your class 12 from Hindi medium school as most people in Maharashtra speak Marathi. So the cut off is not very low as compared to open category but yes it's slightly less.
