see jee main cutoff can not be 3000. you may have seen sc category closing rank of 3000. see cutoff marks is the least mark and it differs from college to college. suppose electrical branch cutoff is 75, that means all the students who enrolled in electrical branch is either have 75 marks or more than 75 marks in entrance test. however no colleges reveals the cutoff marks, you may get to know about the closing rank of each college according to branches.
