Dear Rishabh, NTA is the exam conducting authority for NEET and it is conducted at a National Level. Though Cyclone Fani is a Natural Disaster, NTA or MCI for that matter haven't released any official notification regarding the postponement of the exam. Unless any official announcement has been made, it is suggested to avoid any speculations and still be prepared to appear for NEET on May 5th as scheduled.
