Hey,

You cannot go for UPSC CSE or any other UPSC entrance examination offered after graduation as D.Pharma is a diploma program. To appear for the UPSC Entrance exam, you need to have a minimum of bachelors degree from a recognized university. D.Pharma is not a bachelors degree, it is a diploma program which makes it ineligible for UPSC Entrance Exam.
