I think you want to apply for mass communication in Indian Institute of Mass communication( IIMC). So IIMC is a sovereign body which is affiliated to JNU. If you want to enter into IIMC then you have to apply it seperately. You cannot enter into IIMC by appearing in JNUEE( Jawaharlal Nehru Unuversity Entrance Exam).
