As per you question, you just need to clear the cutoffs of NEET 2020 , after the announcement of NEET result they will conduct and start counselling process.And the one who cleared the cutoff are eligible to enter in that counselling round .So you have to register at that time for counselling. Counselling will be conducted in two round as per AYUSH. Then the seats will be alloted to the candidates. Counselling process will be started soon, just visit their officials for more updates.

BAMS admission process :

Admission to BAMS courses will be taken on the basics of NEET UG score and the corresponding rank , therefore candidates are required to qualify NEET conducted by national testing agency (NTA) , In order to take admission to BAMS course , candidates are required to secure NEET Cutoff 2020 percentile .

Qualifying percentile for NEET 2019 is as follows :

1. General (UR) - 50th percentile
2. SC/ST/OBC(including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) - 40th percentile
3. UR PwD - 45th percentile.

The admission for BAMS will be taken state-wise counselling procedure. for BAMS admissions each state will release its own merit rank based on the NEET merit list for which the candidates will be required to fill the application form .
