There are different channels through which the admission is done in IISER. Those are- SCB, KVPY, and through Jee Advanced. But as you have tagged IISER Aptitude test in the query, it seems you are asking for the SCB channel admission as Ccandidates who are applying through SCB Channel are required to appear for the aptitude test. It is expected that the application for SCB channel admission in IISER will release in the last week of March 2021. However these are tentative dates.
