You have not mentioned the exam in which this error has been observed by you so I don't know the accurate procedure. However most institutions do provide few days after the release of the answer key to challenge any error that you might have come across. I am sure that such a simple error would have been brought to their notice by the students and it would be corrected before the evaluation of your answers. Do not worry!
