Hi,

You can get a management quota seat in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) by going to Admission block of DSCE.

See every year the college changes pricing. DSCE takes a one time demand draft for management quota.

Fees Structure under Management Quota :-

CSE— 7 lacs donation + 2.30 lacs fees per year or 4 lacs donation + 4.19lacs fees per year [You can choose any of the payment structure]

ISE— 5 lacs donation + 2.30 lacs fees per year or 3 lacs donation + 4.19lacs fees per year [You can choose any of the payment structure]

ECE— 3 lacs donation + 2.30 lacs fees per year or 3 lacs donation + 4.19 lacs fees per year [You can choose any of the payment structure]

  • Donation is a one time payment. Paid usually in Demand Draft. The donation amount has to be paid in the admission office of Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering. Demand Draft(DD) will be in the name of the college.
  • Fees — Fees has to be paid every year. It's just like you paid back in school and in your undergraduate degree college. This is same for everyone, be it a merit basis student or a management quota student.

Donation is the only thing which is charged by the college for management quota student otherwise there is no difference between a merit and a management quota student.

Eligibility criteria for DSCE to get a management Quota seat B.E -

  1. A candidate who has passed 10 + 2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two year Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at DSCE.
  2. The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General Category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC Category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).
  3. Entrance Exam: KCET / COMEDK or Management Quota.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
