Dear Mam, I secured only 70% marks in (PCM) in 12th class by CBSE I would Eligible for B.Tech by Mechanical engineering?

It depends on the college . Many private collegesgive admission in 70 % .but in nit and iits 75 % is required

Eligibility depends on the college you want to be in. If you are talking about jee , then you will have to reappear in boards to fulfill the criteria if 75%.
