A candidate to be eligible for Paramedical courses or BSc Nursing must have taken Physics,  Chemistry and Biology in 12th standard. 

As far as majority of colleges are concerned it is not possible to get BSc nursing or paramedical if you have not taken Biology in 12th Standard.
