there might be any error while submission. There can be any possibilities like

1. there might be a blank for mandatory fill which is represented by a red color star mark. You might have left it blank.
2. You might have uploaded any details in wrong format and expected format is different or size of the file is big or the file you uploaded is not getting recognized.
3. There might be crowd in the server when you clicked for submission as many candidates will be using the same page as you are and a server has a limitation that how many user can access it. if the number crosses the server slows down and stops working
4. There might be some technical glitch in the webpage or any development problem for which you page is not getting any response from the server.

Solution:-

Close everything and leave it for some time. Fill the form when world is at peace like early morning or late night or lunch hour. At these time people are busy with daily work and there won't be much crowd. You can easily fill your form and submit it. Make sure whatever you are uploading is correct from all dimensions like format,size and all.

if still the problem continues, write a mail to the help desk explaining the problem you are facing and asking a solution for it.
