you can either appear as a general unreserved you are category candidate or if you replying reservation you will most possibly fall into OBC b category although the rankings and marks required for qualification via unreserved and OBC b category is not only be a difference of around 4 to 5 marks or a maximum of 15 to 20 ranks so you should be evening to score in excess of 500 for getting a state where you have domicile availing the85% state quota facility in NEET where is a score in excess of 550 should get you into the 15% all India quota seats in to state where you do not have domicile
talking about IMS OBC category will not really help you and you need to be scoring as high as you can so that you are within the top 60 to 70 students to get into AIIMS Delhi and maybe in the top 500 to get the evils like institutions across the different centres available in India
