Your 10th class marksheet is extremely important and missing/losing it is a matter of concern. You can download your 10th grade marksheet through government approved apps like DigiLocker and Umang if you know your hall ticket and other details they ask you. Otherwise you can contact the school you completed your 10th from and they will come up with a solution of give a copy as you'll need it in the future.
