Hi Anvar,

For the NEET registration you have to mention the name according to the 10th Certificate and it should be matching with the ID proof given.

So if the name is corrected in the 10 th certificate and the name is same in the ID proof, you have to give that name for the NEET registration.

Also the names of the father and mother should be matching with 10 th certificate of the Candidate.

Dear Sir, Please note his last name repeated twice in the certificates; and after 10th CBSE certificate, we have corrected his repeated last name in CBSE, there after the corrected name has fully reflected on 11th and 12th Grade, however we have not received his corrected 10th CBSE certificate. Shall we able to apply NEET with his corrected name? Kindly advise what can be done. ID proof is that we get after the NEET registration?
