Dear Rahul, CAT score has a validity of 1 year. So by 2020 if you are in your final year of Graduation, you are eligible to apply for CAT. By the time of completion of your Graduation, you should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% if you belong to General Category and 45% if you belong to Reserved Categories. So if you appear for CAT in 2019 and you finish your Graduation by 2020, you can seek admission in 2020 with the help of 2019 score. For example, Candidates who are completing their Final year in the same as year as appearing for CAT are eligible for this exam. So in your case, if you are appearing for your final year exams in 2020, you can appear for CAT in 2019.
