If you know this year the cut offs are expected to rise up since the paper was easier than last few years and the number of candidates also increased.

In Bihar, last year the student with minimum marks 429 was given MBBS Seat in Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur and Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences, Nalanda.

According to this you dont have much chances of getting any college but don't lose hope. Go for all the counseling.
