You are just talking about medical seat but you haven't cleared that what are you will to choose, which stream are you interested in.
.
Let me help you out with few medical courses and the rank you should get,
.
If you are going for MBBS,you should minimum score 550 to 600+ to get a seat in best colleges.
If you just want a seat and not bothering of college score at least 500+
.
If you are going for BDS, 450+  you should get if you want a government college and 400+ for private ones.
.
BAMS need 350+ as minimum score for private colleges and 450+ if choosed to government.
.
Hope your course will be one of them in above mentioned list.
If it's not, then 470+ will be a good score to get a seat in good colleges in any of the other courses you choose.

There is no thing like minimum marks , I hope you are aware of the fact that every year cutoff off changes . Plus cut off depends upon various factors like number of students appeared for the exam , difficulty of the level of exam and so many like this.  While cut off is different for every category of student in different medical colleges, it also depends upon the state in which you want to take admission . While if you are a general category student then try to be on a safer side try to get marks in between 570 and above because this year many students with 550+ marks were not able to get a government medical college seat in MBBS. While if you belong to some Category then try to get marks above 540+ . I hope this was helpful to you.
