You didn't mention the category you belong to dear.

Your PCB aggregate marks is 127 i.e 42 percent.

Now , to get into medical colleges you need to write neet examination for which you need to be eligible for it , now to be eligible for Neet examination you need to get at least 50 percent aggregate in pcb if you belong to general category while it is only 40 % aggregate in pcb required if you belong to obc, sc or st category.

So , with 127 marks i.e 42 % aggregate in pcb you are eligible for neet only if you belong to obc, sc or st category,
But if you belong to general category then you are not eligible for neet examination .
