You can prepare for these exams with either of the above mentioned degrees.
You can choose BCA if you want. There are no as such restrictions for banking exams. You just need to have bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
The same is for upsc. You can apply for any of these in future with either B.sc or BCA.

if you want to prepare for banking railways then you just need to be a graduate and then preapre for the exams like bank po etc. so you can choose bsc or bca according to you chooise and intrest.
