IPV4 header format is 20 - 60 bytes in length. It contains information essential to routing and delivery. This header format consist of 13 fields total length, VER, HLEN, service type, identification, flags, source IP address, Destination IP address and option + padding fragmentation offset, time to live, protocol, header checksum, etc.
