There is one particular college that goes by the name Sarat Chandra IAS Academy in Vijayawada. You will be taught degree syllabus along with the UPSC civil services syllabus. Three hours of degree syllabus and five hours IAS coaching will be done every day. They even have hostel facilities too.  

There is another college namely, Takshasila IAS Academy. This academy is also a pretty good place to pursue IAS coaching along with the degree syllabus. The topics they cover include are as follows:

Arithmetic & Reasoning (quantitative aptitude)
General Knowledge
Social, Cultural, Economic & Political Issues
Current Affairs
