Bio Technology is a separate field or stream. In Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Bio Technology is only of the specialization course. You can do B.Sc Biotechnology or B.Tech Bio Technology. If you are interested in Bio Technology then you can do any of the Undergraduation degree mentioned above. The average fee for B.Sc Biotechnology is around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per annum. The average fee for B.Tech Biotechnology is around Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 3,00,000 per annum.
