If you have given jee mains, then you can register for josaa counseling.
Now, in josaa the seats are allotted as per your secured rank and the cutoff set by institutes. If your secured rank of jee main or jee advanced falls under the particular range of the cutoff set by institute, then you will get a seat there.

Now, this is not necessary that every student gets a seat in josaa. Many students do not got alloted any seat in josaa all round counseling. And some not even get csab special round counseling.

So, the competition is tuff. Secure a rank that will get your desired college in josaa counselling.
