Dear Ranjith, in 2018, under State Quota, 368 marks secured a seat in PSG Institute of Medical Sciences under BC Category. That was the cut off. However cut offs change every year and depend on various factors. This year in Tamilnadu, the cut offs increased as much as between 60-80 marks from last year. So any score less than 500 cannot get a seat in Tamilnadu Medical Colleges under BC Category.
