Here is the exam pattern for SRMJEEE 2021

• The mode of the entrance examination is Online proctored mode
• The language of Test is English
• The duration of the test is 2 hours 30 minutes
• The total number of questions are 125 questions
• The type of questions asked are Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with four options from which only one option is correct.
• There are 5 sections namely

1. English
2. Aptitude
3. Physics
4. Chemistry
5. Mathematics/Biology (Candidates have to appear for Biology instead of Mathematics for Biotechnology)

• The number of questions in each section are as follows

1. English: 5
2. Aptitude: 10
3. Physics: 35
4. Chemistry: 35
5. Mathematics: 40
6. Biology: 40 (only for candidates who opted for Biotechnology course)

• Each question carries one mark. There is no negative marking
