An ADVOCATE ,is someone who is practising and who has completed his law course(llb) and is someone who can help you speak up so that your needs are heard, your rights are understood and your problems are resolved.Advocates may be employed with a community organization, volunteer with an agency, or community members who want to provide assistance.

Whereas a judge is a person who presides over court proceedings, either alone or as a part of a panel of judges. The powers, functions, method of appointment, discipline, and training of judges vary widely across different jurisdictions. The judge is supposed to conduct the trial impartially and, typically, in an open court
