what are the needs to study for legal advising? ..... what are its opportunities? which all degrees should i need?

Nisha 29th Nov, 2019

Hello,

To be  a legal advisor you need to have a degree in law first. You can either opt for 5 year integrated LLB course after 12 or go for 3 years LLB after your graduation. Once you have acquired the basic requirement, you can again join any company / organisation or start individual practice. In order to start individual practice you have to get yourself registered in any bar council.

You can chose to specialize in specific fields like criminal, taxation etc . Afterwards you can go for LLM also to enhance your credentials.

Hope it helps
