Dear Aspirant,

Autotrophic Nutrition:

Here the organisms have a capability to prepare their own food using few simple substances that are available in their surroundings such as air,water,sunlight .. etc.,
Examples: Plants

Heterotrophic Nutrition:

Here the organisms doesn't have a capability to prepare their own food so they are dependable on some other living organisms to feed themselves.
Examples: Animals,Birds
