The difference between Deemed university, Goverment university and state university

Government University is owned and run by government & A deemed university is originally an institute or a department which is afflated to a main university while State Universities are supported by particular state & follow the rules. But private colleges have their own rules.

The advantage is that Deemed Universities have their own syllabus,  the pattern of examination,  question papers and promoting the students only.
