A letter from these matrices can be represented first by its row and next by its column, e.g. L can be represented by 21, 33, etc and Z can be represented by 56, 98, etc. Similarly, you have to identify the set for the word TOMB.

First option: 77, 69, 43, 22; All the letters of the word TOMB can be represented through this option.
Second option: 11, 88, 34, 55; T, O, M, and B cannot be represented as 11, 88, 34, and 55 respectively.
Third option: 42, 66, 12, 58; T, O, M, and B cannot be represented as 42, 66,12, and 58 respectively.
Fourth option: 30, 65, 24, 65; T, O, M, and B cannot be represented as 30, 65, 24, and 65 respectively.

So, TOMB can be represented using the codes 77, 69, 43, 22. Hence, the first option is correct.
