Correct Answer: C

Solution : Given:
(I) Seven people, A, B, C, D, E, F, and G, are sitting in a straight row, facing north. Only 1 person sits to the left of D. A is an immediate neighbour of D. Only 2 people sit between F and D.

(II) Only 3 people sit between C and G. B is not an immediate neighbour of G. Only 2 people sit between E and A.

So, according to the seating arrangement C sits at the extreme right end. Hence, the third option is correct.
