Solution : The possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the given conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Rachel is honest – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that there is no direct relation between Rachel and honest. So, no definite relation can be drawn. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion (II): Some honest are good – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circles representing honest and good overlap and have a part of their area in common. So, from this, it can be concluded that some honest are good. Thus, this conclusion follows.

So, only conclusion (II) follows. Hence, the first option is true.
