Correct Answer: Only conclusion I follows

Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statement is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion I: Rachel is not a horse – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that Rachel is a girl and no girl is a horse. Thus, it can be concluded that Rachel is not a horse.
Conclusion II: All girls are not Rachel – It is a possibility that some parts of the circle representing the girl are not overlapped by the circle representing Rachel. But this is not definite. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.

So the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the third option is correct.
