The University has got many other recognitions as well including AICTE, NCTE, UNSG, MPPC, UGC and more which basically approves it to offer the courses that it has. There are no problems when it comes to accreditations by the university. It is also recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act. It is approved by the state and the central government both.

I think the college would need to take necessary permissions to open a university outside MP. You should contact the college about the same.
