So, basically-HAL is the biggest Aerospace manufacturing company in India and operates under the Ministry of Defence. The required eligibility for the various posts of management trainee/ design trainee is as follow:

• Management Trainee: Candidate must have a B.Tech./ B.E. degree from a recognized university with the specialization in Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Electronics.
• Design Trainee: Candidate must be an engineering graduate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics from a recognized university.

You must have secure atleast 65% marks in their graduation and it will be 55% marks for reserved category.The upper age limit for unreserved category is 28 years.
