Yes even private candidates get all the certificates because in the end of the day you have given the exam you deserve all the certficates that you require.
The difference is that instead approaching an institute like school you have to directly contact Board officials on how to get the certificates.
Because in other cases the certificates are given by the schools, may be in your case they can courrier it to you. You just have to confirm it from the officials.
