The top 300 (class XI or lower category) + 60 (class XII Category) students in IOQM from each region will get an INMO certificate of merit. A minimum cutoff score of 5% of the total marks on the IOQM test is required. However, this is not a requirement for taking the INMO test. If you have qualified the test as the criteria mentioned you will probably get a certificate.
