do colleges other than IIMs get to know about the CAT score of an individual ?

No, for applying to Other Institutes accepting CAT Score, you need to apply for the respective institute on its admission portal with your CAT Score and respective formalities, application, questionaire , academic records and important documents followed by being shortlisted for further Admission Procedures like GDPI/WAT.

Besides IIM, there are some Top Management Institutes considering admissions on basis of CAT Score and face high competition like FMS Delhi, Management Schools of IITs, IMT Ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR, MICA, IRMA, BITS Pilani, NITIE Mumbai as well as Management Schools of Leading Private Universities. The schools have good infrastructure, faculty and research facilities besides having an excellent employee outlook.
