As you have not mention your category here so here answer is given on assuming the category as general.

According to general category with this marks you are not able to get BNYS. For general category you require approximate 500 marks and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need 450 and above.

This is general information based on previous years data. Now cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as number of Candidates appearing for the exam, number of Candidates qualified and so on.
