The closing rank (GATE) for structural engineering in JNTUK for BC-B boys was 4217 and BC-B girls was 7824 in the last year. So you can understand that a rank of 14330 will not come into consideration. Thus, you might not be able to get structural engineering in JNTUK with this rank.

You can go for other alternatives or try again in the next year.
