It is difficult to predict the cutoff as it changes every year. But to get a seat in top NITs for B.Arch you need to secure a rank within 3000. For this, you need to score above 250 marks. You can get NIT Nagpur, Jaipur at 250+ marks. If you are able to fetch 280+ marks, you can get NIT Trichy, Calicut.
