I hope you are doing fine, Yes, You can appear at NEET for sure. But the question is Why? If you are not satisfied with your college and the kind of knowledge you are receiving, it makes sense to quit and look for options. But, if not, think about a year that you will be losing.

Also, it is going to be a hell lot of competition this year at NEET, as this is going to be the only examination for admission in MBBS.
