You haven't stated what's your aggregate at graduate level or what you've studied, you haven't mention you're interested in MA for which subject as well, so it's not possible to provide a well-defined answer.

Anyway, to pursue Master's Degree one needs to have secured 55% at graduate level, there might be relaxation for other categories. Admission is based on merit or entrance test. If you've listed out certain universities for MA, first search their eligibility criteria and see if you fit in. If you don't, you can also pursue your Master's through distance mode, nowadays lot of people pursue higher studies in distance learning.
